Professional, sensitive, and personalized care improves the safety and quality of life for individuals who have memory loss and cognitive challenges. Excellent nutrition, planned wellness activities, and social interaction help improve quality of life. Our families find peace of mind, knowing their loved one is receiving 24-hour supervised care in a safe, secure environment.
Every dimension of Linden House Assisted Living at Branchlands (opening spring 2018) is focused on supporting cognitive and social needs. On coming to Branchlands, we provide a thorough assessment that determines abilities, needs, stages of impairment, and lifestyle history and habits. Altered sleeping routines and food preferences are honored; toileting and personal hygiene needs are identified. Highly trained staff—regularly coached and trained—treat each individual as an individual. Each day—from waking to bedtime rituals—is structured to promote physical well-being, stimulate sensory activity, and ease tension so that a resident can find comfort, as much as possible, in the routines and pleasures of normal life.
