Dining

Breakfast is served each morning, with a brunch buffet offered on Saturday. Full-course dinners are served five evenings a week.

All meals are served at the Manor House, both inside and on the covered porch, weather permitting. The dining experience features homemade breads, cakes and pies, a salad bar, and made-to-order omelets for brunch.

Utilities & Maintenance

Branchlands pays all heat, air conditioning, electricity, water, and waste charges. The grounds, buildings, and common areas are all professionally maintained. Repairs and other resident requests are handled quickly and efficiently by our professional and courteous staff.

Transportation

The Branchlands bus makes regularly scheduled trips several times a week to grocery stores, banks, shopping centers, pharmacies, and the public library. We also take residents to personal appointments—doctor and dental visits, salon or barber appointments, as well as community or other events.

Housekeeping and Laundry

Each apartment is cleaned once per week by our caring and attentive housekeeping staff, and trash is picked up on a regular basis. Several washers and dryers are available at no charge for residents in each apartment building. Laundry rooms are equipped with reading materials, tables and chairs, and bathroom facilities.

Safety and Emergency Services

A friendly ‘wake-up check’ is provided by our housekeeping staff every morning, Monday through Friday. If not otherwise informed, our dining staff will check in with residents who do not attend dinner.

A 24-hour Emergency Medical Life Line System is provided for each resident at no charge. Every apartment is equipped with a fire alarm, smoke detector, water sprinkler system, and visual alert system.
