Linden House welcomes Kristin Lovett as Executive Director. Kristin brings extensive experience, dedication to resident service, and enthusiasm for “living life to the fullest” to the Branchlands team.
An experienced healthcare professional committed to serving seniors
“It’s a pleasure to be back in a role where I have daily interaction with the people I serve,” says Kristin, who has been with Cambridge Healthcare Management, Linden House’s management company, since 2011. She first joined Cambridge as the Executive Director of Rehabilitative Services, before a promotion to Executive Director of Clinical Services. “I’m enjoying meeting our residents and family members and learning about their unique histories. Working with residents reminds me to make sure we take the best care of the people who live here. ”
Prior to joining Cambridge, Kristin oversaw rehabilitative services and outcomes for seniors in skilled nursing facilities. She began her career as a physical therapist; her experience spans multiple settings, including acute hospital care, inpatient rehabilitation, home health, outpatient, and skilled nursing centers. Kristin holds a BS in physical therapy from Ohio University in Athens, OH.
Customer service comes first
Kristin is known for her problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and dedication. Above all, she is passionate about providing an excellent customer service experience for residents and takes her responsibilities as the Executive Director very seriously.
“I expect a high level of customer service and responsiveness to the needs of our residents and families. It’s exciting to be a part of this community where I can positively impact the quality of life for residents. I care about people and want to continue to build an environment of love and care between the Linden House team and our residents.”
In the short time she’s been at Linden House, Kristin has already observed many of these loving moments. For instance, “A resident just told me that a new friend, one she doesn’t know well yet, stopped by her table at the restaurant and gave her a Christmas decoration. Her face was aglow with happiness at this act of kindness as she proudly showed it to me. I was touched by this moment and know that I am here to create an environment where moments like this continually occur.”
Linden House celebrates ‘Living life to the fullest’
Linden House’s management and care team are full of people with big hearts who embrace the uniqueness of each resident and enjoy building relationships with them.
“It’s an honor to lead this community with this team of people. Every day is a great day at Linden House. We focus on ensuring our residents are ‘Living Life to the fullest’ which also inspires us to live life to the fullest.”
For Kristin, living life to the fullest includes traveling, hiking, triathlons, and relaxing with a good book. She also enjoys spending time with her husband Brock and their German Short Haired Pointer puppy, Inka.
Please join us in welcoming Kristin to our senior living community. Send greetings, comments, and questions to Kristin at klovett@linden.house.
