The opportunity to cultivate (or showcase) talents can be immensely rewarding. In fact, research suggests that seniors may actually experience increased creativity. We provide as many opportunities as possible for residents to explore new interests or re-discover hobbies.

Branchlands offers over fifty programs weekly such as bridge foursomes, needlework clubs, dance classes, board games, and watercoloring. Programs are designed to encourage engagement, physical activity, and psychological well-being and maximize autonomy and a sense of accomplishment. Staff is always on hand with a supportive attitude and a friendly willingness, whenever assistance is needed. This “person-centered” approach supports whatever level of independence a resident is able to maintain—while, at all times respecting privacy and preserving dignity.
